The Problem
Dubai brokers receive large numbers of inbound leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Meta Ads, website forms, and WhatsApp. Many inquiries are low intent, repetitive, or unclear.
Brokers often spend time manually filtering conversations while serious buyers may wait too long for a response.
Why I Built This
While researching Dubai real estate workflows, I noticed many brokers manage WhatsApp inquiries manually. I wanted to test whether a lightweight AI workflow could help filter low-quality leads faster without building a custom backend.
The Solution
I built a WhatsApp-native AI workflow that receives inquiries, classifies lead quality using Claude API, stores structured lead data in Airtable, and alerts the broker only for HOT leads.
